Why I'm Running for Breakthrough New York
This November, I’ll be running the TCS New York City Marathon to raise funds for Breakthrough New York. Having served on the Board of Directors for more than three years, I’ve seen firsthand the impact the organization has on students and families.
Breakthrough New York provides long-term academic support, mentoring, and college access programming for talented students from low-income backgrounds, helping them succeed from middle school through college graduation.
I’m grateful for any support of my run and, more importantly, of Breakthrough New York’s mission and students.
